The information is strictly used solely used for the organization of the "XR-Metaverse" conference. Only the organizers of the "XR-Metaverse" conference have access to the data, which is stored at Maastricht University for administrative purposes until the end of 2025, when all processes with respect to the conference and doctoral colloquium have been finalized.

Participants can invoke their right of access to the stored personal data by sending an email to xrm2025-sbe@maastrichtuniversity.nl. For questions or complaints about the privacy legislation, participants can contact privacy@maastrichtuniversity.nl.

Refunds Policy

Cancellation and refunds can be subject of a 20% charge of the purchase value. We do not guarantee the posibility for refunds.
